vlan.tcl in ns2

Hello,

I'm trying to implement vlan in ns2. There is a vlan.tcl code in /../ns2.28/tcl/lan/vlan.tcl. Can someone please tell me briefly how it works. I am not able to understand the simulation. Pleasee help.
