Smile virtual redhat os not pinging to base redhatos

I installed VMBOX on ACER 4736Z LAPTOP, Redhat LInux OS but my virtual RedHAt OS not pinging to base RedHat os and vise versa...
please solve this problem

You need to provide much more information before anybody can help you.

What is the IP and network mask for the laptop? What is the IP and network mask for the virtual OS?
How is networking configurated on the vitual OS? NAT, bridged, internal or host-only?

IP and Net Mask of Vitual OS is and
networking configurated on the vitual OS bridged.

But I tried for all.internal or host-only

but still not working...
