viewable outside

I'm currently running a server with DYNDNS.

I am trying to set up a Gallery (photo Album) site.

However, the problem is that I can only view the pictures from the internal network when I specify the internal IP of the web server during the Gallery configuration. When I change the IP to the external IP of the web server during the Gallery configuration, then I can't see them from inside the network.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

The best way would be to use the external ip address for the dns name and then over ride that for your lan machines by adding a hosts file entry like:
192.168.1.10 yourname.dyn-dns.org
