using one PC connected to VPN as relay for home network [solved]

hello all,

from home, I use a virtual win7 on my debian system to connect to the microsoft network of my company
this means I can only work from this VM

I wonder if there is a way to connect to the VPN then reroute the local traffic through this VPN, this would let me connect multiple PC through one VPN connection

the most important one is a VDI system, it has no HD so it has to be plug into the network to receive its VM, it cannot initiate a VPN connection, but if Icould create a relay, I could use this VDI

any advises or pointers are welcome
