USB server

Has anybody tried to get the USB server 'LANSER-E1' from 'MRT Communication' working in Linux ?
It works OK in Windows but I have failed to get it working in Debian Sid.

Posting any related Syslog and 'dmesg' lines, especially Vendor Id and product strings, might help but as far as I can see technical specifications for the the MRT Communication LANSER-E1 it advertises only supporting mcrsft, what's more the mentioning of "application software" sounds as crippleware to me as "USB softmodem", http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/devices.php nor http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/ lists it (both incomplete) nor does any search bring up information about Linux usage...
