usb networking: connect ipaq to linux

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
I have an IPAQ 3955 running windows CE and a laptop running arch linux 0.5.

I'm wondering if I can use usb networking to get access to the internet on my ipaq through my linux laptop.

Through google I have come up with some sites showing how to do this with an ipaq running linux also. I have not been able to find anything relevant to my situation however.

Anyone know how to do this?
