USB hub in slax

just registered on this site.

Basically I am trying to get my "wireless usb" up and running on a "slax" distro.

Now the problem is that I am booting the laptop off the usb key. (and there is only one =(

Just wondering if plugging in both the devices in a usb hub would let me use both of them at the same time?

thx
