url not accessing via proxy


i cant access the url www.domain.org:8443 in a networked system which is connected through proxy. It gives a squid error. The url is accessible from the server directly.
The url is www.grnica.org:8443
Why cant i access through a proxy. Is it a problem with the squid. What has to be done. please help..........

some log output from squid might help us to understand more
