URB (USB Request Block) converion between linux windows

I want to use all USB windows devices in linux platform. So can i chage URB of windows to linux ?

Any help will be appreciated.

What are the devices you want to use? They should work (to a greater or lesser extent) in Linux.

I need basic device support like supporting
printer, scanner, webcam, memory stick.
