Unexplained Netconf error message in Mandrake 9.0

Can anybody tell me what this error message means and/or how to solve the network issue?

Thank you in advance

The state of the system is not in sync with the current/updated
configurations. You are allowed to make it current, or continue with
the current configurations.

Here are the commands to execute

The following command told me something had to be done
/etc/rc5.d/S10network probe
Executing: /etc/rc5.d/S10network Usage: /etc/rc5.d/S10network {start|stop|restart|reload|status}

Service ypxfrd is not running
Executing: /etc/rc5.d/S26ypxfrd start

Service saslauthd is not running
Executing: /etc/rc5.d/S40saslauthd start

Service innd is not running
Executing: /etc/rc5.d/S95innd start

Configuration file /etc/devsfsd.config have changed for service devfsdd
Executing: /etc/rc5.d/s99devfsd stop
