i have three systems in small network i configured one system as rhel5 server.dhcp,Dns,ftp, http & nfs all are working fine when am trying to
install other two systems throubg nfs, http, and ftp all types are giving the same errors.even though i gave full permissions to my dump(total dupm of dvd) directorysystem retreving image successfully in the middel of the installation giving below error

"unable to read group information from repositories
this is the problem with the generation of yore install tree."

Did you just copy the DVD, or did you put the .ISO image out on the NFS share? Have you contacted RedHat support? They can walk you through this in no time, since you've paid for support with RHEL5.

Could you pls give me the steps on how you copied the cd's and created the repository? I did the same thing and put the whole folder on the NFS share. I am also facing the same problem. How did you exactly resolve the issue?
