Unable to create multiple telnet sessions with Redhat 9

Can anyone tell me why I am not able to telnet into my Linux server
(Red Hat v9) using multiple telnet sessions. I can telnet once from
another Linux system into the server, but it won't allow me to
login when using more than one sessions.

hi there,
please check your /etc/xinetd.d/telnet file for the line "instances". here you can set the number of connections. restart your xinetd service .
