UDP Broadcast forwarding between two networks

Hi All,

This is my 2nd post on linux questions! I have a question about UDP broadcast forwarding:

I am currently trying to set up an Ubuntu 14.04 VM that can forward UDP broadcast packets that it recieves on ETH0 and forward them on to ETH1.
My reasoning behind this is that I have video game clients on the ETH0 network and the servers on the ETH1 network.
I'm not sure the best way to do this, I'm wondering if there's a clever IPTABLES method of handling this.

I would like to have it so that all UDP broadcasts recieved on ETH0 (10.5.70.255 AND 255.255.255.255) are forwarded on to the ETH1 adapter (10.5.4.255 AND 255.255.255.255) so that the servers can get the query packets and reply appropriately.

I've attached a relatively simple diagram & am more than willing to run any sort of monitoring/wiresharking to help make this happen.

Thanks Kindly!

DIAGRAM
