Ubuntu network install using eth1 wireless network detection failed!

Hello,

I am having trouble installing Ubuntu on my laptop, I did everything as described on this page:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/In...on/FromWindows

I rebooted my computer, and started to install Ubuntu, I selected the hardware that is my wireless card and pressed continue after that it started to check if there is any wireless network but it *failed!* then it asked me for ESSID I entered it and then it asked me for my WEP key I entered all that and then hit continue... but then it again *failed!*

What should I do now... How should I install Ubuntu from the network??

Thanks for any help!

It is Intel(R) PRO/Wireless LAN 2100B Mini PCI Adapter,

What do you mean by "lspci"?

It does detect my two network interface card, that is my LAN card and my Wireless card, *but* it does not detect any "wireless network"!

I also tried to install Debian, but it is also giving me similar message -

"Your network is probably not using the DHCP protocol. Alternatively, the DHCP server may be slow or some network hardware is not working properly"
