The ESSID is the name of your wireless network. (You would have set this when you configured your wireless router.) The WEP key is the password selected if you enabled WEP security on your network. (This can be an ASCII equivalent password or a hex equivalent password depending on your router. If you don't have WEP or another security measure enabled, you won't need anything in this field.) Assuming you have configured your router correctly, you will need to enter the configuration of your router and determine these values.
I'm not sure how you are connecting to the internet, but you probably won't need to know your IP address, Subnet, or Gateway. Try DHCP first.
