ubuntu 12.04 keeps asking for internet key when trying to connect

Keeps asking for the key every minute or two and won't end up connecting. Deleted all connections and restarted computer, didn't help. Network key is correct, not a problem with the actual internet as another computer is using it fine. Have just got a WiFi printer, but haven't set this up for this computer yet.

If your putting in your passhase or key it should connect.
This computer that you are using that won't connect to the net; is it a Desktop PC (what kind) or a laptop?
Samsung? Toshiba? Lenovo? Dell? Sony?....etc.-

With the type of service you have; are you wired (DSL or Ethernet cable) or wireless with a router?

You may need a driver. Or it could be the settings in your Network Manager.
