Question Two NIC's to share an Internet Conexion

Hi, I just bought a new NIC to share my internet connexion (ADSL) with a neighbor computer, the new NIC es an ENL832-EX-VA, and it's working nice in win, but I just can't make Ubuntu reconigze it, I dont find any driver!

Some Help please!!!!
