two computers with the same name

Hi all,
I've a local net with two computer and a print server.
While re-installing the OS (Fedora Core 4) to one of the them I've chosen the same name already assigned to the other one (this second one is acting as web/mail server). It was an oversight but I realized it too late...
What kind of problems can arise due to two computer having the same name?
The IP are of course different and I don't use DHCP.
At the moment I can't find any great problem.
Some directory on the server are shared with the client via NFS and they seems to be ok.
The mail too is fetched from the server to the client with no problem.
Anything important to be aware of? Of course it would be easy to change the name of the client computer but I was just curious about this...
Thanks,
Harlock

The only problem you'll have is if you use host name lookup (DNS or MDNS); then the answer will depend on the order in the config files...
