Question twin wan linux router??

Hello everyone.

I want to setup a linux router with a dual wan connection, then another connection to my lan. So it would have a total of 3 nics, two internet ip's from dhcp (from my isp) and would have dhcpd running to give out ip's to clients on my lan through the third nic. I dont even have the box built yet , but I was wondering how would I do this? Is there a program that will do some kinda load balancing between the two broadband connections? I have seen routers for sale with twin wan connectivity, but I would rather use a linux box, you know control freak that I am. Has anyone had experience with this. Any ideas, thoughts, help would be appreciated. Thanks
