Cool Trying to print from Items on Remote Desktop

I have Xandros Desktop 4 and am running Crossover to use programs like IE, etc. Using IE, I log onto my corporation's Remote Desktop Connection where I can access order entry programs etc. Problem is, I cannot print out purchase orders from this program like I can from my Windows machine. It prompts me to install my printer on the server and does not detect my local printer. Our Network Administrator doesn't really know how to deal with this as his answer is to use my Windows machine. He mentioned that it isn't really a problem of me networking with the server because the Remote Desktop is a program that is an interface between the two boxes and that is what I am interracting with. Don't know how this changes things, but does anyone have any advice? What do I need to install and how do I do it?

Is there anyone else in the IT department you can talk to? Sounds like this guy just doesnt want to deal with your problem.

Can you print from anything in xandros?

Have you tried accessing it using firefox? sounds like the remote desktop is just a web page interface.
