crescentgazer LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2004 Posts: 1 Rep:	Trying to do a network install of Mandrake 10 on Virtual PC w/ MS Loopback Adapter I have a pc w/ Win XP Pro which is connected to internet via ADSL (Zoom X4). I'm trying to do a network install of Mandrake 10 on Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 via http protocol. I configured networking adapter to Microsoft loopback . I downloaded boot.iso and booted virtual pc from CD I choose HTTP server as installation method then installer loads driver for DEC network card. On the next screen installer asks to choose ip attribution. I tried first 2 choices (static and DHCP) w/o success. Can anybody help me to configure network adapters and ADSL (X4 has router and gateway capabilities)? Thanx.
