Truemobile 1150

Hi guys, i've been looking around online for how to install my internal wireless card and i haven't had much luck. I'm running a Dell Latitude C610 with a Truemobile 1150 on a fresh installation of Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn. Before I upgraded to Feisty Fawn I was using 6.10 (Edgy Eft) and I didn't have a problem getting it to work. It seems that I am missing the orinoco_cs drivers and i'm also not sure where to get those. As you can probably tell i'm relatively new to Linux so any help with as much description as possible is going to be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to LQ!

Since Dell almost always uses Broadcom chipsets in their wireless cards, would you mind posting the output of lspci so we can double-check on the chipset? It could be that the orinoco_cs drivers aren't the right ones (although if they worked on previous versions of Ubuntu, I might be wrong).

The orinoco_cs driver has been part of the kernel for a bit, so it is likely already installed on your computer. Can I ask why you think they aren't?

Congrats! Now if you don't mind, please post the details of what you did to get it working. Sooner or later someone with that same card will find this thread and having some details could be useful.
