Tranferring Zones, Master to Slave, DNS - BIND

Hey everyone, I have a problem that has been eating me up.

I have two Debian 3.0/Bind 9 machines running. One is NS1.mydomain.com, the other is NS2.mydomain.com.

NS1 is set to be the master, and loads my Forward and Reverse Lookup zones without error. NS2 is set to be the slave, and transfers my forward zones fine. The problem is, it is getting the following error in my syslog when attempting to transfer the reverse lookup zones:

Sep 2 08:49:00 NS2 named[20345]: zone vermonttimberframes.com/IN: sending notifies (serial 28)
Sep 2 08:49:00 NS2 named[20345]: zone ifibsi.com/IN: sending notifies (serial 15)
Sep 2 08:49:01 NS2 named[20345]: zone 151.49.208.in-addr.arpa/IN: refresh: non-authoritative answer from master 192.168.3.13#53
Sep 2 08:49:01 NS2 named[20345]: zone 13.97.24.in-addr.arpa/IN: refresh: non-authoritative answer from master 192.168.3.13#53

Notice the first two are forward zones and are fine. Thanks you for your time, please let me know if you need any more info.
