Traffic capture

Hey all I have a router/firewall/gateway set up on a FC2 pc.. Everything is working awesome.. all 50 clients are connected via this router and no complaints. I would like to take a look at the traffic going through it. What is a simple way to use ethereal to take a 10 minute snap shot and the view it?

I'm fairly sure that ethereal has a built in timer that lets you choose how long to capture for, just use that.
