To which directroy the wifi drivers will be put?


The wifi chip is intel 5100 in my pci wifi reciervers .
Three drives were downloaded from the urls:

https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/_me....4.a.11.tar.gz
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/_me...-8.24.2.12.tgz
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/_me...8.83.5.1-1.tgz

Now i have extracted all of them,where will the drivers file to be put , into which directory in my debian8?

/lib/firmware for the .ucode files anyway

There is no /lib/firmware in my debian8,will i create new one /lib/firmware for my debian8 or put it into other directory?

You can just create it. That is generally the standard parent directory for firmware.
