Terminal session not supported - Fedora 16 and Juniper

Hi all
I've been trying to figure this one out for a few days, and I can't seem to find a solution.
I am trying to connect to my organization's vpn, using my laptop, with Fedora 16 installed. I've been trying to do it with both Firefox (which I prefer) and Chrome. I go to the web page, enter my username and password. Connection goes smoothly. When I try to start the session, however, I get the following error: "this terminal session is not supported on your computer"

Should be noted that on any windows box, it works just fine (including this laptop, if I boot into win.

I installed the latest Java, from the Oracle site, and I have xterm installed.

Still, nothing changes.

I really wanna get this to work.

Please advise.

Thank you
Tal

Hey.
Thanks for your reply. I've already seen this page. I'm pretty sure I did everything on it, the way I was supposed to. Still - no luck:/
Any other ideas?
