tcpdump filtering

Hey all. Have a question about tcpdump filtering.

I have a DSL router/switch which broadcasts its briding information every two seconds. When I run a general tcpdump for all traffic on the out interface, it show up.

Is there anyway I can filter this out with tcpdump?

Here is a packet dump:

21:44:07.907949 802.1d config 8000.00:20:6f:0f:2d:4a.0000 root 8000.00:20:6f:0f:2d:4a pathcost 0 age 0 max 20 hello 2 fdelay 15

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
