TCP and UDP socket on Same port ?

Dear Friends,

In the interview I have been asked with following question related to network, I searched it over the internet but it seems to be confusing to me.

Question: Can we open TCP and UDP socket on same port number?

Thanks in Advance,
Have a Good Day,
Ankur.
