Example Fedora 10 :

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu.../source/SRPMS/
> > system-config-services-0.99.27-1.fc10.src.rpm

But not really c code ..... it's a python program.

If you want a specific version, tell what you are using.
Fedora ? version ? Redhat EL ? version ?
Must be told, every time a question is asked.
.....

Fedora 9
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu.../source/SRPMS/
> system-config-services-0.99.15-1.fc9.src.rpm

RH EL 5 = CentOS 5
http://isoredirect.centos.org/centos/5/os/SRPMS/
> system-config-services-0.9.4-1.el5.src.rpm

Unpack the 'src.rpm' package with the command
rpm2cpio <package.src.rpm> | cpio -idmv
and then extract the system-config-services-0.XX.x.tar.bz2
with 'tar xvf <package.tar.bz2>'

But still no c code, it's python ( pygtk2, pygtk2-libglade ).
.....
