SuSE Laptop cant "see" SuSE desktop but Windows one can!
 

Hello,

I have a home network consisting of one desktop and two laptops. I would like to share files from the desktop to the laptops. I have set up Samba to share the files. It works well with the Windows laptop but not the SuSE one.

All the machines are configured with DHCP. The SuSE Laptop fails to reslove the desktops hostname, the windows laptop connects fine using the hostname of the Desktop. It works if I connect the laptop via the desktops IP.

Anyone have any ideas?
