sudden webserver errors reconfig didnt help

I serve a website from my suse 9.2 on apache2
localhost brings up the web index.php page fine.
I turned the workstation firewall off.
I use verizon dsl on a westell wirespeed dsl modem.
the lan cable feeds to a linksys wrt54g wireless router.
I had the website working fine for the last 6 months.
last nite, i was learning the Bittorrent client (bttrack, etc)
I went to access my webpage and got a timeout error.
port 80 is enabled in both port triggering and port fowarding.
I totally reconfiged the router today, with no avail.
I am now getting an error message which says "could not connect to host"

I ping my domain and get a good ping.
apache server seems to be running fine due to localhost access.
I assume it is a router config issue, but can not seem to be able to fix it.

seems as if the westell modem is blocking the ports, and it is issued from verizon, so I cant configure it with 192.168.1.1 or dslmodem/
I think the bt client or bandwidth must have triggered those ports to close or be blocked.
I did a port scan and it showed an open port 80 with no services. ???

NOTresolved

alright I almost fixed it.
I went to the lynksys router and port triggering and changed the destination ports to 808
I then went to the dhttp config and added ports 808 and 8080
it all works good now on my machine, but my laptop on my wireless cannot access the page.

any suggestions?
