Yes, a single subnet can have multiple gateways. At the simplest level the subnet mask determines whether or not to use the gateway.

Some people use this to have two physical links on the same subnet, for example have one ISP on 192.168.1.254 and another on 192.168.1.253 and then change or set the default gateway on a per server / per computer basis to tell them which link to use.

In my case I have two different servers

Server 1 and Server 2 which has the following IP address

Server 1:
IP adrress : 172.25.27.1
subnet : 255.255.255.128
gateway : 172.25.27.126

Server 2
IP adrress : 172.24.158.73
subnet : 255.255.255.128
gateway : 172.24.158.126

How do Server1 and Sever 2 communicate to each other can you please be more specific about this?
It will be more helpful.

They are on 2 separate subnets, so normal routing applies.
