Strange bug about internet conncetion speed


hi there.

i'm getting these strange answers from opera when i ask it what speed for download does it have .. im downloading fedora using ubuntu right now...

so tell me forum ... why opera tells me it's downloading with almost 200kb/s while the system monitor from ubuntu can't pass more than 110kb/s ...

How much bandwidth do you have ?
what tool do you use to check in system?

the bandwith i don't know because i'm getting wireless from the neighbours (with permission )

in system i use ubuntu's system monitor ..

but anyways , i figured my maximum download speed is 110KB/s

and opera downloads with almost 200KB/s

i figured that my maximum is 110KB/s using wget

EDIT:

and even if opera tells that it's downloaded almost all the file , it after that continues downloading saying that the file size is question mark and a few other things are question marks but not the speed ...
