Stop udhcpc from auto-negotiate.

Hello:

When running udhcpc (client) when my switch is not up, the kernel or client retries with and lower settings. Then when the switch is up it connects with the lowest setting. Note that I have already disabled auto negotiation on eth0 using ethtool.

Can I start udhcpc with a dhcp option to avoid this auto negotiation?

It has no connection with DHCP. This behavior is implemented in kernel PHY driver. You can recompile it with "phy_force_reduction()" function commented out. Or use a newer version of kernel, it appears that some time ago this function was removed.
