Ok...and none of this matters.

Once again: THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR X EMULATION SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS. It is NOT accepting incoming connections...if so, the xclock command would have worked. It didn't. There is NOTHING we can change on the Linux side of things to 'force' your third-party Windows software to accept a connection. Contact your vendor for help.
