Once again: THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR X EMULATION SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS
. It is NOT accepting incoming connections...if so, the xclock command would have worked. It didn't. There is NOTHING we can change on the Linux side of things to 'force' your third-party Windows software to accept a connection. Contact your vendor for help.
