hi there,

well i've found a program do it, it's called squish and can be found at the following address www.ledge.co.za/software/squint/squish/

but there is just no documentation for it i'm trying to figure it out, any help you or anyone out there can give me would be helpful. i'm having trouble with the squid ACL's. This is what i've got in my acl's/http_access area in my squid.conf

# added by squish (begin)
acl SQUISHLOC dst fedora.school.cathedral.qld.edu.au
acl SQUISHED1 proxy_auth "/etc/squid/squished"
acl SQUISHED3 src "/etc/squid/squished"

deny_info http://fedora.directory.server/squish/?squished& SQUISHED1
deny_info http://fedora.directory.server/squish/?squished& SQUISHED3

http_access allow SQUISHLOC
http_access deny SQUISHED1
http_access deny SQUISHED3
# added by squish (end)

but it still isn't working, everytime i go to a website now it re-directs me to the website 'http://fedora.directory.server/squish/?squished&' (and thats not even a website) so i'm lost as to what to do now?

squish seams like a great program for what i'm trying to do, but it has no documentation what-so-ever, any help anyone can offer would be great, i've contacts the guys that have made this at the website

http://www.ledge.co.za/software/squint/squish/

but so far no response i'm in way over my head here so i'm relying on you guys, but as soon as i've figure it out i'm going to release a how-to for anyone else interested in the program.

this is how i have installed the program at the moment
