squid running behind a squid

hi,

i have a requirement as i have a squid(Main) server running without any problem, what i want now is another squid proxy behind the main proxy, basically the second proxy should request http traffic from the main proxy. i tested this with the "cache peer command which was in squid-cache.org". but the problem is the main page loads and if i click any links on the page, it says access list blocked. so how do i make my second squid work ????
