squid proxy authentication

i have redhat9 linux proxy server for my office network,today anyone sits on computer and browse the internet so i want to configure any authentication program on linux squid proxy server.please suggest me any softwares and how to configure the software for authentication,also i want per ip internet usage report for internet.i tried to install mrtg for helpless because it's very hard to configure net-snmp and mrtg so please suggest any other useful software which gives me complete report.

Everything you want, can be achieved by SQUID... Look for different ACLs in the /etc/squid/squid.conf file...
