squid & iptables help

Dear All,

i am new to iptables and squid. I have joined an existing setup office where squid is running as proxy server. and all the server are located locally. so the clients can access the servers easily on local network with no issues. all client browse internet with giving proxy settings in the internet explorer. Now we have moved our email server to some remote location. and the problem starts. no one in the office behind squid proxy access email through outlook. but they can access it via http access. Need your help in this.

Thanks
Javed
