squid

I am running Mdaemon on Windows with 2 NIC (LAN/WAN) and Mdaemon web client is running on 3000 port. Secondly, I configure another machine running redhat 9.0 with 2 NIC (LAN/WAN) and squid is also running. Problem is that my LAN clients whose are behind of proxy, they are unable to acces Mdaemon web client. Please tell me How can I allow Mdaemon web client port in squid ?
