Solaris 10 - Unable to access Internet

Hi there,

I know this is a common theme post and I have looked at nearly all of them and have tried everything I could understand but I still can't get my Solaris 10 partition to access the internet or ping anything. Please understand I am extremely new to Solaris and Unix commands.

Here is what I know...

Box: Dual boot W2K/Solaris 10
Internet Access: SBC/AT&T DSL
Router: Motorola
NIC: Realtek 8139 (named rtls0)

IP: 192.168.10.2 (according to W2K)
Router IP: 192.168.10.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Nameserver1: 151.164.1.8
Nameserver2:206.13.28.12

I get the following to warning messages while the system is booting.
Warning: unexpected "token" 8139 in line 307 in /etc/driver_aliases
Warning: missing alias pci10ec in line 307 in /etc/driver_aliases

When I attempt to sys-unconfig the NIC with DHCP, I get the following error "couldn't contact a dhcp server on the network interface rtls0". So I choose none for DHCP

After trying several times to configure the network via sys-unconfig. I installed Inetmenu. I finally got this application to work and choose configure Static IP for interface rtls0.
I set the following info
IP: 192.168.10.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0

Then I reboot via init 5 (tried init 6 too), the system reboots and I get the following error message form the NIC
SIOCGIFFLAGS error: No such device or address.

Can anyone please help me?
