Socket interface for Tcp/IP protocol suite?

Hi guys,
Does Tcp/IP protocol suite has socket interface for application layer protocol(Http,Ftp),transport layer protocol(Tcp,Udp) and network layer protocol(IP)?

(Tcp/Ip protocol suite is included in operating system and socket interface is nothing but system call)
