SNMP with NR041 router

Hello folks...
I've been trying to configure cacti to monitor my router (network everywhere NR041) , but so far , didnt have any results...
the router supports SNMP , but I have no idea of what configuration should I do on cacti... I've configured the router to accept monitoring from the IP and created a read-only comunity .. but even then , cacti complains of a SNMP error...

any ideas on what can I do here? any tests I could run???
