Smtp Relay

ok so no one call me crazy(of course that leaves invitation to do....) . I am wandering if there are any providers out there who will allow me to sign up for SMTP RELAY though there server. My situtation is that I am behind a cable internet connection and of course my ip gets listed on some places blackhole list because my server is a "home user" ip range. can anyone give me any advice (and not get a connection that is not a local ip address)

Huh? Errrr, why is your mail being sent to your DNS server? Why would your DNS servers "not being listed" have anything to do with mail going to the wrong place?

Maybe you should start from the beginning and explain exactly how your network is setup and what you're trying to do. The more details the better.
