SMB, NAT, browse list sync between subnets

We have a network with three subnets.
Each subnet has a server running samba and NAT. The domain master browser is (hopefully) samba on a unix server; wins support enabled. The clients are windows ones.
The problem is: it is not possible to browse the network crossing subnets.
Browsing across subnets should be enabled in an assymmetric way, as follows:
- all machines on a specific, secure subnet (top management) should be allowed to browse the whole network (regardless of subnets and workgroups)
- machines outside that secure subnet should not be allowed to browse that secure subnet (or, alternatively, they should not be allowed to connect to any machines on that).

Is it possible to configure samba, NAT or anything else to achieve this? How? Please give me a starting point.
