I have wireless lan configured and working on my laptop. I notice the signal strength meter only shows 1 bar, even when I am sitting right next to the router. I think the utility that is monitoring my connection is drakroam. Here is a snapshot of iwlist:
[root@localhost falcon56215]# iwlist wlan0 scan

It seems I should have more than 1 bar of signal?
Also the interface shows the connection as WEP security, even though I am using WPA. The connection does work, it's just one of those little aggrevations. Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Danny
