Sharing internet between SuSE - Windows 9x

Hello

I have a computer running SuSE 10, and another running Windows 98. At present, they are connected to each other using a crossover cable. They can't see each other or ping each other though.
The SuSE computer has a second NIC inside which is connected to the internet via DHCP. I want to share the internet with my Windows PC using the crossover cable. How should I go about this? I would like to set this up with the equipment I have already.

Step 1: get the two computers connected (so they can "see" each other)
Step 2: bridge the two network connections on your SUSE computer
