Sharing a folder from Fedora to Mac

I have an FC5 box connected to a router via wlan0. My roomate has a mac running OSX 10 connected to the router via ethernet. I would like to allow my roomate on her mac to have access to one of my folders. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is samba what I need to use?

you could use samba, but I would go for ftp.

Well, FTP is no good. I want to be able to listen to my MP3s from her computer in the Living room.

ease of use you mean. cause both would have to download the files and then play them. samba would be an easier interface to use.

Sure. I want to be able to open her iTunes and browser to a folder residing on my computer and play.
