Unhappy Setup firewall proxy server on RH7.1

Hi all,

I have installed RedHat server with 2 NICs and named svn-fw acting as the firewall proxy server.
The first connect with local network with IP:223.223.223.223. The second connect
with router with IP:203.162.18.194 , Netmark:255.255.255.248.
WAN interface card on router:203.162.18.193
Serial on router: 203.162.28.248
The router connect direct to Internet through Internet leased line
Current network has DHCP, WINS, DNS running on Win2K server
with IP:223.223.223.1. , Netmark:255.255.255.0
I have tried ping from the svn-fw to Win2K server and other
computers on network then OK, and vice versa.
But I can not ping to router(203.162.18.193) from Win2K server and client machines.
Have anyone can help me to fix it? how can I set for RedHat serverconfiguration?
my purpose is share Internet connection for all users in company.

Thanks in advance.

Tan.
