setting up openvpn 2.0

Guys I have some questions about setting up open vpn 2.09. First off are the authentication methods for example I'm interested in playing around with just password authentication where I basically tie it into Microsofts(IAS) radius server. Also I'm interested in seeing two factor setups where certs and user name passwords are used for authentication. The main example, I keep reading about are certifcate authentication I've not found any sites that show examples of what I've talked about above its listed in the how to but not detailed. So IF someone knows some resources out there that detail what I'm talking about could you please list them?
